Refurbishment of a wing in Vila Real seminary for Águas do Norte's headquarters. Ground floor is for customer services and the remain three floors are for offices, a multipurpose room for large meetings or business events.

Barbosa & Guimarães were responsible for the architecture and Enes developed the engineering projects.
