The kindergarten João de Deus building, in Belas Clube de Campo, in Sintra, is a building with a public character that assumes the harmony with the landscape and the built environment, despite the great restrictions in terms of the PDM. In the development of the entire project, the environment was a constant concern, always with responsibility in the areas of energy and environmental sustainability of the intervention.
Enes was responsible for the development of HVAC and Eletrics Projects, as well as the building’s Energy Certification.
