The new building for CATIM is modern and is designed to be a sustainable and efficient space, with south-facing photovoltaic panels and north-facing with garden areas. Consisting of 3 floors, which include individual and technical offices, open space, laboratories, auditoriums, pantry and terrace and technical areas.

The architecture project was developed by Barbosa & Guimarães and the engineering projects are in charge of Enes – Consulting Engineering.
