Residential building in Foz do Porto, with an underground parking, ground floor with a 3-bedroom flat, four floors with a 2-bedroom flat and a 3-bedroom flat each, and a recessed floor for a 3-bedroom apartment with tilted roof.
The building has a distinct feature, because it restores a linking functionality for a small indoor house in the block, which resulted from an urbanistic operation taken place in the 50s / 60s of previous century.
We highlight the construction solutions with optimized insulation thickness, glazed openings with exterior solar protection, and high efficiency heating systems, which contributed to an energy class A in all fractions.
This project was developed jointly with architects Sebastião Moreira and Pedro Fael from 236 Arquitectos, Lda, and with an interior design team – Martas Decoração, strongly contributing to the final result the construction owner was looking for.
Imomar intends to be recognized in the real estate market in Porto by their quality and building performance.
