Real Forte III Building

Located next to Parque das Nações and with a privileged view over Tagus River, the Real Forte III project is a closed condominium, which is inserted in grounds of the old Crockery Factory, in Sacavém.

The building, with six floors, consists of forty-nine fractions for housing and six for commercial stores, standing out for its green spaces, swimming-pool, gym and underground parking.

The Enes – Consulting Engineering team was present throughout the entire process of this building; from Technical Due Diligence, to the development of Engineering Projects and Construction Management.
