Altis Park Hotel in Olaias, Lisbon, with 18 floors above ground, and 3 basements (parking, technical areas and energy systems). The hotel has 300 rooms, with a 200-seats auditorium, meeting rooms up to 500 people, bar, two restaurants and a gym.
The hotel intended to redesign the common areas and to refurbish all of the 300 rooms.
Our intervention is transversal to the investment, from the technical installation evaluation phase to the budget for global investment, management, project design and commissioning. The architecture was developed by Broadway Maylan.
