Tróia Resort

Tróia Resort is a different concept of a tourist resort. Managed by Sonae Capital, the resort is composed by two types of dwellings: Landhouse and Timehouse, two- and three-bedrooms dwellings that vary between 190 and 200 square meters.

With a privileged location, surrounded by nature and with direct access to the beach, the complex also includes a golf court and support services.

Our services included the renewal of the dwellings Energy Certification.
