Large commercial buildings located in Lisbon and Vila Nova de Gaia, with multiple floors and a wide range of commercial activity that includes fashion, accessories, shoes, home decor, animal accessories and supplies, electronic equipment, amongst others. The buildings include a supermarket and movie theatres.

Our services included energy audits to the buildings, with thermal and energy characterization, energy consumption analysis and identification of improvement actions for costs reduction and rational use of energy. It was also issued the buildings Energy Certificates, obtaining class B (Porto) and B- (Lisboa).
